Product application:
First of all, the fiber block and fiber bundle are separated and become loose by primary combing heckles. Then the short fiber drops in the collecting section and then be pulled and carded to be the right size as slivers as we want, which makes the fiber well prepared for the next process.
Working principle:
The slivers are sent to the twisting section, which turns the slivers to yarn with the shaft rotating and sliver twisting.
